October 2019 Market Update

So at the end of October 2019 as far as home sold, we had 2,899 home sell in the month of October. And thats surprisingly was up almost 6% from the month prior and it was up almost 8% from the same time last year. We don't usually see that in October.....

September 2019 Market Update

A seasonal slow down does not equate to a bad market. As a matter of fact, the market overall is doing quite well, and is in a very “normal” state....
